1. What materials are your lamps made of?

Each lamp is handcrafted from high-clarity crystal epoxy resin and high-grade miniature sculptures. The block is smooth, crystal-clear, and designed to display vibrant details and comforting light diffusion.

2. How is the lamp powered?

Our resin lamps use a built-in, energy-efficient warm LED module powered by a standard 5V USB cable. You can plug it into any USB port, phone charger, laptop, or portable power bank. The LEDs stay completely cool to the touch and provide over 50,000 hours of illumination.

3. How long does shipping to the United States take?

Because each piece is carefully inspected, packed, and polished before dispatch, orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping to all US addresses typically takes 7–12 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel ships.

4. Is the packaging safe for transit?

Yes! We use custom molded shock-absorbent foam and reinforced outer packaging to ensure your lamp arrives in pristine condition. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement.

5. How should I clean and care for my resin lamp?

Simply wipe gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, alcohol-based wipes, or submerging the lamp in water. To maintain crystal clarity, keep away from prolonged direct high-intensity sunlight and heat sources.

6. What is your return and refund policy?
